I should also mention, 5 yrs, 150K miles, and the original Optima battery! I know I'm pushing it, but it gotta see how long it will last.

My Optima battery didn't last through first week of ownership. (towed twice back to dealer).
2nd set of rotors and pads on front, third on the rear.
New Thermo this week.
Blew rear drive shaft pulling a friend's car through snow and ice.
Needs new front drive shaft because rear boot has hole can't just replace joint as it is part of the shaft thing. (go figure, it's never been off road.)

Always runs like a champ.

My 2005 CRD has 84,440 miles on it. Replaced alternator decoupler, Optima battery, New improved fuel filter head, and Samco hoses during this past year. Thermostat has now failed.
I'm sure that the GDE Eco Tune has eliminated a lot of grief as I started getting EGR CEL trouble codes last fall.
Don't know about the first 30,000 miles I didn't own it, but i'm sure it spent time at a dealer somewhere getting the recalls like a new torque converter. Gee, I hope that I'm not jinxing myself!

I just made it to 50k last week. not one engige issue since I bought it last year in the begning of August with almost 38k on it. I did have to get a new battery to replace the stock Optima. I have a provent and ORM mod. I had one odd power loss issue that never returned again so far. I have changed the oil and fuel filter and thats about it. closing in on the 3rd oil change since I got it and I want to do the Diffs and transfer case soon. and then the trans when I can.

91k nothing major, 1 brake caliper under warranty, turbo hoses replaced under warranty, front differential pinion seal under warranty. Had to replace the battery last week but 5 years on OEM battery isn't bad.

94250 miles on my 2005 Limited.

Bought new in August 2005.

Ball joint recall
TC recall, (cost me some torque)

CAT filter mod to run the 1R 0750 in 2008

Battery started going south spring 2010

Just dusted off the MAP sensor today with a toothbrush. Caked up (not oily) but cleaned up easily.
Planning on the lift pump, fuel filter housing replacement and the Green Engineering tune this summer.
One note is that I ran mostly B99 in this truck for the first 50K miles. It lost a little pep, but no soot.

Have 157K. Third TC. H/O Trans Pump. 3rd EGR. Ball Joints. All under Warranty by D/C. (Had a GREAT Dealer).

Timing Belts and Idler at 100K - Looks almost new!

Brakes twice, Rotors once.

Third set of Tires.

Still pulls 4,500 pounds like there is nothing there.

Looking for a good used one. Want to do the GDE Turbo Upgarde.

Won't sell it - don't even ask!

85,500 miles on a 2005 CRD Limited.

Just recovered from turbo bearing failure; replaced turbo, CAC hoses, CAT and Magnaflow muffler. Replaced glowplugs at same time although only one was bad. Cleaned EGR valve. Reflashed ECU.

Repaired slow water leak on EGR cooler hoses at 30,000 miles. Found loose exhaust flange bolts (loose from day one) that eventually burned EGR cooler hoses.

Replaced air hose to turbo inlet at 84,000 miles. Oil residue embrittled hose at turbo connection until it sheared off completely. In hindsight the oil residue was probably associated with the turbo bearing failure noted above.

TC replaced under warrenty recall.

Cleaned MAP at 80,000 miles.

Running Provent mod since day one.

Tractor runs better today than ever; suspect reflashing the ECU on turbo replacement had something to do with that.

105K miles. All varieties of fuels used including, WVO, WMO, transmission fluid, HHO, Hydraulic fluid, biodiesel, etc.

Right side CAC hose replaced by dealer at 20K, Left side by me at 80K. both updated hoses show no breakdown.

2 TC replacements. One during F-37 at 20K and one under warranty at 80K. Neither were needed, but done just for fun.

Alternator decoupler pulley at 85K.

Ball joint recall.

Rear pads. Front pads still have meat.

Lift pump since 20K.

ORM since 20K.

MAF sensor due to my own stupidity.

Bought my '06 Limited with 22,000 a year ago. It has 53,000 now. Tows my double, jet-ski trailer effortlessly and gets at least 20mpg in the process. Otherwise, it gets anywhere from 22-29, depending. Nothing's gone wrong. Everything works. Got the Eco-tune... no more smoke.
Runs great!

79K on mine since I got it new. Only problem was the turbo boost vacuum line came off and lost all boost. Simple reattachment. Tranny spin on filter came off almost immediately after purchase. And a couple of wheel sensors. Engine doing great. Still getting average 25-26 for combined miles and over 30 on trips.

'06 Limited, 56,500. Only a couple of weeks new to me. Added Airtech in-line lift pump, replaced all fluids and filters. With the exception of lift pump, all stock. Love how it drives. Would love to add an GDE Ecotune sometime.

90895 as of today replaced my fuel filter yesterday. Oil change 2 days before that and tensioner and new accessory belt drive also alternator pulley 2 weeks before that. Racor filter upgrade almost exactly a year ago today and GDE hot tune 8 months ago along with a new euro tc and pump. I bought this jeep in 07 with 30k on it and it has brought me nothing but pleasure so far. And will tow anything i put behind it without hesitation. Oh yeah almost forgot my favorite thing of all my new cherry bomb exhaust i get constant compliments on how it sounds only put it in last month.
