Just a quick question. I ended up replace the passenger rear caliper yesterday and was wondering what the proper way to bleed the brakes were. A book we had suggested that on a non-ABS(my jeep does not have ABS) system you only have to bleed the line that you opened. My dad insisted on at least bleeding the back 2 brakes(which we did.) So my question is, which way is right? Or do we really have to bleed all the brakes? Sorry for the dumb question, I can't seem to find a right answer.

When I replaced my rear caliper, I only bled the side I replaced. Your dad may be correct that if you drain enough fluid and airbubbles work their way WAY up into the system, that it might be a 'best practice' to bleed both.
However, I bled just one side and haven't had any issues. And in the process of bleeding you can see how much air comes out of it. When I bled mine, only a few bubbles came out the first depression of the brake pedal. So very little air got into my system.
Edit: Now that I read the responses, yeah, I guess if you're taking the opportunity to change out the old fluid completely from the system, then you're gonna bleed all four.
