That site cracks me up everytime.

I'm in the same boat as most of you guys. I hate the place. But I can't avoid it because my mother in law worked there for a long time, so it is one of my wife's favorite places. To me, it will always be a place that sells cheap crap.

FYI, from a wally world insider.....it is as bad as you think.
I work there, and its horrible.
I get some of the worst pay, $8 measly dollars an hour for the graveyard shift, 10pm-7am.
So you know what I give them, I give them a work ethic worth $8/hr.
That's why sales associates are always so bummed out and never talk(except those crazy perky ones)

They don't run stores based on what the managers see and what they think is best.
They run it by what the system tells them to do.
Its completely ridiculous.
They say they treat each associate equally. Bullsh*t.
They pick favorites.
One guy I work with calls out ATLEAST twice a month, he has yet to be fired in the 11 months have worked there.
Another person called out of work 5 times after working there for 7 months, they got fired.

When you actually work there, you see what really happens, and its not that great.

But nonetheless, I will continue to shop there.. Why??
Well, shopping at my store helps me get a bigger quarterly bonus, prices are lowest in my town, and I get 10% everything except food(with the exception of soda and chips)
