On the 24th of September I ordered a thermostat for my CRD from them online and today is October 5th. I recieved the Fed-X shipping number and it had arrived at a Fex-X depot in SUPERIOR WI on Friday the 1st where it has remained waiting for a "reicpient to reply".

I tried calling them more times then I can count and on one occasion on Friday I waited on the phone for over an hour!! Finally I gave up and emailed them. I recieved a reply from Jacob saying he would check on it. That was Friday and today is Tuseday. Calling several times today get "your call is important to us, stay on lie and it will be answered in order", then music. In about 5 minuetes the music stops and then rings like it's going to be answered. But it continues to ring then goes dead.

Anyone else had problems with them lately? I've ordered from them in the past and they were fantastic but this is enough to make me go elsewhere.

Joe

Well since it's been shipped already not much they can do,but being a CRD part I can see the delay.

I just ordered a trans mount from them,I had it in my hands in less then 5 days.

It was not delayed because it's a crd part  (we all know you hate CRD KJ's) It shipped on the 24th of September.
One week later I emailed them that they were trying to deliver it a 1000 miles away from it's true destination. I recieved a reply from Jacob that he would contact Fed-X as to why and up date me. He has not done either of those two things.

When their good their good but when they screw up they are awfull or worse :banghead: :banghead:

I just spoke with Fed-X.
The package has the correct name and street address BUT THE CITY, STATE AND ZIP ARE WRONG and hopefully the Fed-X person I spoke with strightened it out. time will Tell.

I had an issue with them trying to find a price for front tow hooks. I couldn't get the part number I had to come up on a search so I tried calling for two days. Each time I was on hold over 30 minutes. The last time I was on hold past their closing time and was disconnected. I also emailed them. They responded four days later with a price that was higher than I already paid with shipping from ebay I decided to buy since I did not hear from them. That was my first attempt to do business with them and I am no where near impressed.

I've ordered through them a couple of times and never had issues. The parts I ordered were readily available though.

My thermostat just arrived.

Moparparts did indeed put the wrong city, state and zip on the lable. :dizzy:

To a make mistake is human. But after trying in vain to have them correct it I contacted Fed-X and had it corrected in maybe 10 minutes and 2 days later it was delivered

The original address on the box is indeed Kettle River Mn Zip 55757 AND THE INVOCE NUMBER IS 55757 :BINGO:
