I have all stock suspension with boiler 3/8 shims in the front.

I was at pep boys and really liked the "definity 245/75/16 M/T dakota" tires.

Anyone know if they fit? $138 a piece 4th one free... :(

Yup, they fit. I had 245/75/16 Hankook M/Ts installed and wish I would have gotten 265s after I installed the Daystar lift.

It will rub unless you do some trimming on the fender and pound the pinch weld

Elt31987 is correct, there is some minor rubbing if you turn your wheels all the way, to either side. that is on a flat surface w/o flexing and w my Goodyear Silent Armor, which are A/T not M/T. I think M/T pattern would create more rub, that might not be the case because it also depend on the tire. I would run to Pep Boys have them put them on to test for fit and have them help you determine what would be the biggest you can fit w/o mod.
Here is a couple of pictures of my Wheels w GDYR Image Image

Hankook 245/75/16 M/T I didn't have any rubbing except at full lock full compression (which I didn't assume you would be doing much off-road with your tire choice) Maybe my KK is different from others.

I have 245/75R16 Goodyear MT/Rs on my KK, but I also installed a 2.5" Daystar lift as well. I have no issues with rubbing at all with the lift installed. I would imagine that they would rub at stock ride height.
