Great Post, I want to see the hand cuffs going on them. I would even watch CNN or MSNBC to see it happen.
I was in San Jose, CA this week and the City had an Emergency Sewage Pump with a large New 6 cylinder CAT engine that could not comply with the latest CARB regulations and will need to be fitted with a DPF. The engine met all the foreseeable CARB regs when the City issued the PO, but CARB crapped out more regs before it was ever delivered, so now the Emergency Sewage Pump sits and they have to rent an Emergency Sewage Pump as they wait for the CARB mandated upgrade. Of course with the revisions who will know what is needed.
I hope the sewers back up into CARB's offices, they deserve it.

I think you are right. I had a call from CBS pollster yesterday. Among the political questions they asked if I was in favor of legalizing marijuana.

The pot heads still have some common sense left, these dudes must have done acid more than a few times.

I find it amazing how many of the illegal drug users make analogies between a drug trip and romantic encounters to push their stuff. I guess most of us figured out how to do it the natural way with a romantic encounter and did not need the chemical trip. For one example Female Hysteria was once an ailment that was treated by Doctors. Now it is classified as Junk Science. Correct me if I am wrong, but thanks to the discoveries of the WWII Generation they found a natural cure for the ailment that is now a well accepted practice (Terrorists Excluded, correct me if I am wrong, but they prefer goats).
When it comes to clean air, no one in their right mind wants to belch out black smoke and fumes, but CARB is committing fraud and should suffer both criminal and civil consequences.

They should be sued and pay us all for the money we have spent on EGR, DPF, DEF, CAT, GDE tunes.................

I am wondering, why none of the pro emissions and regulations gang have not responded yet? This is pretty much the death nail to their defense of the "DPF" and the "Sulfur" threads.

Rather than taking the Logical approach like Workers will either get intoxicated, pass out, or die from exposure to H2S, radiation or other compounds. Determine safe levels and practice safety protocols when working around H2S. OSHA has accepted the findings of this logical safety practice and embraced it as they should. CARB & EPA have the attitude that if it can be detected there is no safe level and the regulations will be ratcheted up and up until nothing can no longer be detected (all out aircraft would need 6" thick lead lining if some of the EPA Idiots had their way). When new equipment is developed, they start over again expanding their regulations like malignant cancer that will kill off its' host. To support their crap, they engage in Scare You to Death Circular Emotional Arguments. Their Junk Science is based upon other Junk Science created by their cronies, pure Political Agenda that has nothing to do with the environment, just a way to create a boogie man.
With all due respect to Sigmund Freud and his discoveries, I wonder how much of his findings were tainted by the Assumed Fact of the Time Female Hysteria that later was proven to be Pure Junk Science. The Male Bovine Excrement Junk Science EPA & CARB uses will fall by the wayside and only the true science we all want to follow will be left.

X2 on suing CARB & EPA. Plus, the Teamsters should have their very smart and competent Lawyer James P. Hoffa lead the charge for lost wages due to needless regulations based upon Junk Science.

and reversal of the laws the violators created!!

how much clean air do we need since the REST of the WORLD doesn't care!!! just look at China!, Iran!, and others!!!
Don't get me wrong..but the Air used to clear enough to see a candle at 20 miles..not any more..

Why do we need to see a candle when we have diesel generators to provide much brighter lighting

Even in the vacuum of space, we could not see a candle 20 miles away with all the lights we have on now, yup the lights shine out into space. Fly on a red eye flight sometime in the winter when the humidity is very low and air clear, there are lights almost everywhere unless you are flying over the ocean, and then you might see a candle on the deck of a sail boat with a couple who wants to left alone as they are enjoying the stars both figurative and literal, if you catch my drift.

Nothing playing out until Captain Planet and his Planeteers join the discussion in defense of CARB. I guess when your beaten, it is better to say nothing. It is just ironic that this would happen after 2 long threads of we are destroying the earth.

Here is an old TV show CARB used to use to indoctrinate children to their political agenda.

Is the Ted Turner who came up with the Captain Planet idea the same jerk who owns CNN?
I heard the Grizzly Bears won't eat him because they have better taste.

The article "Bad data fueled diesel rule", October 8, paints an inaccurate picture of the state Air Resources Board's actions to reduce toxic diesel pollution from off-road equipment and trucks.

A CARB cronie's opinion with nothing to back it up. Just a pure Emotional Circular Argument not even worthy of being called Male Bovine Excrement. In this case, she doesn't even throw the worn out Fraudulent Junk Science that has been exposed in several threads in this forum. To buy her opinion, one would have to have a lot of Faith in CARB. Of course, we are not to discuss the CARB Religion, just the facts in this forum.

Hand Cuffs & jail time for CARB their reign of outrageous regulatory terrorism is over.

BTW: Watch out for Di-Hydrogen Monoxide, it can kill you if you inhale it.
