Suspect Terrorists in Mexico are placed in a room with Attractive Young Women on one side and Goats on the other side.
Those who keep looking at the Goats are suspect Terrorists.
Snopes does not have the answer yet but most people I ask believe it is Fact.

Or, more precisely, those who are not looking at the attractive young ladies.
Maybe they are trying not to arouse suspicion.
I remember hearing/reading one way you can tell if a man is cheating on his wife is watch him looking at other attractive women. The ones that stop looking are the one with something to hide and getting some on the side.

Hmmm. It has plausible reason, but also plausible deniability. Definitely wouldn't hold up in court. Could be considered resonable suspicion to detain and continue interrogation, maybe?

Then again, since when did legality matter in Mexico?

I think if I was being held as a suspected terrorist in a cell with attractive women and goats, I might eyball the goat. Would probably make a better bullet shield while trying to escape, and if I got stuck in the desert I could always drink goat milk and/ or eat the goat.

Is that too practical of an answer?

Terrorists look at Goats the way we should look at our Wives or Girlfriends when we appreciate their company.
Again, the Goats are the Terrorist's Concubines to put it polity.
