 Post subject: For those who drive on the beach...

Location: Long Island, New York
and also have the Goodyear Wrangler MT/Rs.
How do these tires do in sand? I would think when the pressure
is dropped that the lugged sidewalls actually would act like
a paddle and do pretty well.

Anyone have any experience with this?

I don't have the MTR's but my BFGoodrich Land Terrains have a pretty good sidewall...and they do really well in soft sand. You can see the tire at walmart.com.....
