I got a mopar light bar off a totaled renegade and im trying to install it on mine (04 limited 3.7 gaser)
i got a quotation from the official servicer here and it would cost me around 200$ cuz they say drilling holes in the roof will need major touch up jobs for making sure there wouldnt be any rust and water proofing
i just wanted to know if that is a reasonable cost and also about an estimate of installation time

thanks guys

It doesn't sound reasonable in my opinion. Unless they are using hacksaw to do the holes, it doesn't take major touching-up to make sure there isn't any rust.

Install time for the renny lightbar is 2 hours so $200 is right on depending on your area's labor rate per hour.

Now you do know that it will not work as your KJ did not come with the lightbar and you need the correct wiring kit to make it work right?

you could run your own wiring so i wouldnt see that as a problem.

has anyone ever sat a renny light bar on a KK to see how off it was?..... :ALONE:
