Just wondering where everyone jacks from with there Hi-Lift? I noticed that the lifting arm Wont reach the frame when lifting from either side of the vehicle"under the doors", where do you lift from if you need to change a tire or if you manage to get stuck and need to but something under a wheel?

Almost worthless unless you have aftermarket bumpers, hitch receiver and rock rails. They have a thing you can attach to the wheel to lift one wheel at a time up but....

You can jack using your hitch receiver, if you have one. I have rock sliders and steel bumpers that are strong enough to jack from. If you don't have any of that, there are a couple of things you should invest in.
A wheel adapter will allow you to jack any of the 4 corners, you should carry a jack stand so you can get the weight off the jack to change the tire.

Another option, there are plans someplace on this forum for a jack extension made from 2" receiver stock that will allow you to jack the liberty without rock sliders. Here's a link to the plans, and the second is to a thread about building one.

there was a guy on the board that posted a pipe like thing with a metal stud on the end that would extent under and into a hole in the frame from the hi-lift plate.....but from what i hear the best it to get rails ....but even then watch for the jack leaning against the doors when jacking

Easy solution...replace the front and rear bumpers ;) Without them it can be a bit of a PITA. I thought there was a post about using the wheel hooks with the factory rims...something about it not being good or not working...can't remember exactly and could not find the post.
