I'm at 22 from center wheel to fender looking for like 23 1/2 total front lift looking to do it without strut disassembly

Suggestions things that work and don't... I'm looking for something that can still be properly aligned

This is not an immediate project but looking for ideas

Well with that RRO lift :banghead: you already have their under the top extra plate on top
so about all you can do is a clevis lift, do a 3/8 and be happy
(doing a 3/8 inch clevis gives you 3/4 of an inch more lift)
Forgot to ask if you know what a clevis lift is?

Yea....the conduit nuts right.. I think I've read somewhere that the kk clevis will work and is about an inch longer is that right?

if I'm not mistaken, there was a specific year KK that had a difference in the clevis

pretty sure since that was discussed multiple sources have measured other KK clevis' and found them to be the same length overall so i'm not sure if it was an error of measurement initially due to the physical differences in the clevis or what

I'd go with tom's 3 conduit nuts for 3/8ths to the clevis which yields 3/4, it's cheap, effective, modifiable if you have clacker issues, and proven

I measured my KK clevis and someone had measured their KJ clevis and they were of the same length. Not sure what models or years had the differences, if any. If necessary I will measure my clevis length again. Maybe we should make a post and have various people post their lengths.

TonyCRD and I had measured a bunch and had others measure their KK clevis' and found to be the same. Someone can't remember who had posted they were longer, I bought a set to use from Mopar but they were the same length as what my KJ were.
SO if there are some longer ones they must of been just for a short time or they were using a Fishermans ruler to measure with :ROTFL:

But with that top piece that RRO uses I wouldn't want to try and 3/8 inch top plate so clevis it is.....

thats right. i posted my measurements for tony in a thread a while back. some of the new KKs, not sure which year it started but maybe '10, have a newly designed clevis. not sure if it is any longer or shorter though.

Tony and I first saw the "new clevis" when we toured the plant last year, they look kind of cheap IMO, but I guess they'll hold up,
I crawled under one on the lot and from what I was able get to measure it seems to be the same as well
