I just purchased my shorty 13" euro style rubber antenna from http://www.antennax.com for $14.99 and shipping is free.

Years ago, I put that antennax brand shorty antenna on my wife's KJ. However, radio reception is significantly worse than with the OEM antenna...so we ended up going back to stock. If you are not close to your favorite radio stations, I would stick with the stock antenna.

My reception increased.

My local ESPN AM radio station would fuzz out a few times in the same locations on my way to work and I have yet to have that happen with the Antennax antenna.

Mine finally arrived in the mail yesterday. Reception seems to be about the same with my Antennax, maybe a little better, maybe it's just that I like it so much. :pepper:
