I'm up for the 8th and possibly the 9th (see my other post). If I'm by myself I'll probably camp.

Randy, it's a given we we'll be planning for the entire weekend.
People like me will most likely arrive on the 7th and leave on the 9th.

As for conflicting with the April monthly run,, I think this should be the Mid-Atlantic Monthly Run. Get all of Mid-Atlantic to do their montly run with the possiblity of other East Coasters, like the Carolina group.

I'd like to do some wheeling at the begining of April. Here is the problem I have with commitment.

Paragon or Rausch ???????????

The 1st or the 8th???????????

It's pretty hard to make definite arrangements to attend this event until the time and location is nailed down.

Here is a suggestion:

Both weekends at both places and whomever can make it goes and whomever can't make it doesn't go.

Or one weekend at one place and the next weekend at the other place.

Some one throw a piece of bread with peanutbutter up into the air, and when it lands,,, peanut butter up we make it the 1st,,,,,,,,,, peanutbutter down we go on the 8th?????????

Building a list of interested parties to go 4 wheeling for each possible event seems like starting at the end and working toward the front.

I think the list of interested parties would work itself out if we knew where we were going and when.

I've been checking this forum every day waiting for details on the Fools Run(which was on Sat April 2 last year) .

my 2 cents

George, by the looks of Richards list I'd say it's the 8th April 2006 at Rausch Creek, the monthly run is at Paragon on the 15t of April 2006. Joe

George, as Richard mentioned in the other thread, we didn't get a lot of response back, so at the Carolina meeting Richard and I decided on the 8th instead of the 1st. In a way, it makes us more "foolish" since we are doing an April Fool's run a week late. Anyway, I believe there was somebody with an wedding anniversary or something lame like that, who could never make the original Fools Run date. So, maybe more people will be able to make this one.

Dean, I believe that quivvy was the one who couldent make it to the event. He also was the guy who started the idea.

Sorry guys. You'll have to move me to the maybe list for the 8th. I found out last night that unless something changes I'll be tied up that entire weekend. I'll still contact Lynn when we get the date nailed down. The 1st is still a possibility, but It's so rare we get to wheel with you guys from down south I was really looking forward to this run on the 8th.

I've been following the thread for the Paragon ride - 15th? I'll drive down from the north country.

Doesn't look like there will be a repeat of the LOST Fools Run at this rate.
