Hey guys, this weekend I dug up some hardware and mounted my yakima bars to the factory rack. :D
I'm pretty happy with it. http://biobug.org/jeep/kj/yakima-rack Check it out and let me know what you think.

It does pretty good. Wind noise at 70mph isn't too bad, but I may make a wider fairing and vacuum form some covers for the u-bolts when I have time. It's definitely less than my previous yakima setups.

Nice set up! This will be my next project. I've been looking for a way to avoid the price of cross rails.
