Started New Years eve with new ball joints and a :frankie:  and Moab's with 245/75/16 KM2's. :pepper: Haven't yet bought but I think I will order soon JBA 4.5's and a bumper. While installing I noticed the lower spring plastic spacer making contact with the half moon indent in the frame "if you will" Under load it moves away a hair. Had it aligned by a guy that was really trying and first moved the forward cam or eccentric full away from the body. Unfotunatley the best current cross caster was about 1.3'. Everything was torqued on the ground under load. I only have about 50 miles on it. I have read many mentioning the contact speed bump issue but I could not find anything about the spring frame contact. It lifted to 23.5 and 23.25 front and 21.5 and 21.25 back from 18 and 18 1/2  (still adding to the back). I'm going on a short twisty trail later today to try to accelerate the settle "as if that's an excuse for going off-road". On bumps I get the clunk you can feel at full extension. I don’t see how settling will move it away other than while not at full extension. Any Ideas

Settle will occur and should drop you down another 1/2 inch at least. JBA arms will also help you as you can get the alignment better which will pull the lower control arm out some more. A few I have installed have had similar issues when first installed. Taking it out and twisting it up real good will help settle it in good , after some miles get it realigned again, which will help as well
