Music while wheelin'?

How many of you listen to music while out off-roading? I think the two go well together, for most types of music. What do you listen to while wheelin'? For me it's...

1. Grateful Dead
2. Rush
3. (most) everything else, but generally #1 and 2.

1.) Dead
2.) Phish
3.) DubStep... (really bassy)

Now if only we could broadcast one ipod to many vehicles and get a rolling concert going... I have some thoughts on that.

rocks hitting /scraping
tires rolling/slipping over rocks
sounds of the woods/trail

no music at all

X2. I keep the windows down to listen to and smell how my Jeeps performing. gotta love it.

For sure.... Please tell me you got to go to the New Years Phish shows at MSG in New York. I heard it was supernatural...! I was at Furthur in San Francisco which was awesome!! They played a full Terrapin Station and a great Help/Slip/Franklin's.

I get that. I listen to the spotter of course, and all the CB chatter but it is GREAT to hear some good ol' Greatful Dead in the background too. Try it again... you may like it!

I agree with Tommudd. Wheelin' is 80% enjoying nature. And nature has no Three 6 Mafia bumpin' in the background. How are you going to know you just broke something if you have Three 6 bumpin'??

Tickets? Maybe you can out in for me next time also... hard to get. All over summer tour though

.... In fact, I was so loaded down and it was so hot at All Good this year I discovered I needed a tranny cooler on the crawl in.

Do you go to any festivals?

Since most of my 'wheelin' is/was done at night during "T" Hunts (some call them Fox Hunts),
This, and the CB are the only sounds when I'm on the move.

However, when I'm hiding.........

I listen to whatever is on SIRIUS and I have my CB and other audio sources connected throough a JL Audio CL-SES signal sensing switcher. This way I can rock out and when something comes over the CB I here it through the audio system and then it switches back to SIRUIS when the the CB goes silent... It's kind of a big deal.
