We have a 2006 Renegade and is about time to get new tires so I am just going to do it all at once. I am going to get a lift kit so I can buy the size of tires I want.

I was wondering which lift kit is the best. I looked at the lift kit thread and there are too many choices! and looking around I have found a few that I like. I was specifically looking at Three choices.

The Frankenlift
EDIT:
OME kit
BDS kit

I was wonder what opinions everyone had on the different kits. I was planning on about 30" tires so lift size isn't super important.

It is my wifes car and spends about 85-90% on road but wanted it to look a lot better and be able to handle some more off road.

Not much on your list to choose from
lots of combination's other than what you listed
two junk lifts and one good one ( Frankenlift)

I'll go on now
Skyjacker "had" a good lift for the KJ for the first few months they made a kit, then they went to softride coils which are rated at 310 lbs for the front, same as stock and they will sag.
Rock Krawler, well not even worth discussing
so the only one you listed the Frankenlift is worth anything
You do have the option also of just using OME coils ( 927 front, 948 rear) and either OME shocks or Bilsteins all around
BDS also makes a decent kit although they do not include front shocks, their front spring rate is 435 lb.
So see your list does not reflect what is available and only one choice really so you are not going to get much feed back except to use the Frankenlift

There needs to be an option for "none of the above".

I have to agree with Tom, of the three listed, there is really only one choice.

Also need to consider the Jeepin' by Al kits.

There really is so much more out there than your choices offer.

When the time comes, I will likely go Frankenlift II, or a hybrid of sorts.

Go OME and never look back. All the bs lifts out there will end up costing you more. Been there, done that, etc.

What about the RRO Rockfather lift guys?? I'm sure its just as good as their control arms hahaha...Go OME and never look back. I had the skyjacker and it wasn't bad but it couldn't hold up my ARB and Winch combo.

OK thanks for all the good info I don't know much about the lift kits for the KJ I have a pro-comp lift on my TJ and thought there was limited kits for the Liberty but I was wrong. I saw the BDS and is it ok to stay with the stock struts or should they be upgraded? and how is the ride on the OME systems?
Do i need to go with better springs in the front if I plan on installing the ARB front bumper later? or can the kits all handle it?

There are 1000's of posts on here that say basically the same thing.
One if you're going to do it to it right and replace everything, all 4 SHOCKS and all 4 springs. Why would you want to keep shocks that are worn out?
Two if you're going to install a ARB the 927 Heavy Duty OMEs will handle it, or at least mine did for 100,000 miles.
But if you're going to have an aftermarket bumper and winch you can also go a little heavier to the OME 790s but they will be a very hard ride until you install the bumper/winch
