Anyone know of any air compressors that are rated under the 150w it's capable of that I could plug in to? Is this powerful enough to power something worth my time? I'm looking to bring something with me when I go over sand on the beach to fill my tires back up.

It's going to take you a few minutes per tire to fill back up depending on how low you are but here is what your looking for

This is what we use:

compressor - http://www.harborfreight.com/12-volt-150-psi-high-volume-air-compressor-66399.html

tank - http://www.harborfreight.com/7-gallon-aluminum-air-tank-94801.html

We carry the tank already full (150p.s.i. from home/shop) and carry the compressor as a backup.

When we deflated to half pressure for off-road, I was able to bring the 245/75-16's back up to 30 lbs using just the tank. Didn't need to use the compressor at all.
