There is no need for a group Khaki thread because Khaki is the best. Show it off in your own indiviual way.

Rock on!

I am the proud owner of a Dark Khaki KJ. We should form a club - The "Khaki Owners Club". Oh wait, bad acronym...

I may be biased, but dark khaki has to be one of the best looking color on the Liberty. Also, this is my very first post on here.
I had to contribute to this thread for this very reason.

This is actually my fiance's jeep. She asked me to install foglights, which I did recently, along with the rail bars. This just gives me a reason to "work" on her jeep more in the future. Cheers!

I was in South East Afghanistan (Zabul), and South (Helmund) You using HMMWVs? Our strykers (8 wheel drive, with LO) could barely make it in Zabul (semi mountains) but great in Helmund (open desert. I bet Northern has lots of mountains :)

This is the absolute best looking bumper I have seen for a KJ. I love the stinger. Where did you get it? Custom? Have not seen it before.

For awhile we were running around in the mountains with HMMWVs but with the increased IED threat we switched to MATVs. I lost three good friends in a HMMWV and thats when we made the switch.

long_tall_texan... I made the bumper at a shop in Lampasas, TX. I dont think you will see one like mine around anytime soon.

Horrible to hear Scout... Those MATV's are the way to go, we never made the switch and kept our flat hull Strykers...

looking forward to hearing you are on the flight home!
