Hello guys I'm getting pretty psyched up with the thought of finally getting that transmission and tranfer case swaped out  I also need to find that pesky evap leak It looks like its gonna be somewhere on top of the fuel tank. These two things combined is killing my gas mileage, im getting 11-12 in the city on a stock renny, used to get about 14mpg. I might be getting a ahead of myself but I also just received the parts for the "WES WAY" lift and a evic and a drivers side heated mirror from ebay. I still have the kj interior rack and front hitch I can easily leave for another time.....hmmm i feel like i am leaving something out but this sounds like plenty already.

As far as food I can cook up some "arroz con gandules" = yellow rice and beans puerto rican style. That seems to be my official dish for potlucks at work hope you guys enjoy it too.

Yup im gonna collect a few empty 1 gallon milk cartons to save the fluids, hopefully i can bring enough for everbody to use to

Will standard jack stands be high enough to pull out the trans and transfer case? I think one of you guys from last time had the extra heavy duty tall stands.

The only things I have planned are getting Jan to drill a couple of mounting holes for the tranny skid and hopefully getting my radio antenna mount fixed.

I'll be planning on bringing a few electrical things to finish up, and I'll be brining my xfer case skid, I'm hoping to get it installed. I've got to check to see if I have all the bolts to install it.

Otherwise, my son and I will be helping. I've decided not to bring the dogs.

Also, where are we at with bringing stuff, I can bring something... I was planning on bringing some beverages, then whatever misc. side food might be necessary.

I bought some pop at the grocery store tonight, coke was on sale, so I have coke, diet coke, and coke zero. A total of about a cooler's full (48). If the group has a particularly high request for something like Mt. Dew, I'll pick some up on my way down tomorrow.

I'll be there about 10ish.
