Hey everyone... I just picked up a low miles 05 Sport 4x4 6 Speed for my daily driver. I honestly don't know much about KJ's, I was always more of a TJ kinda guy but gas got more expensive and salt killed my frame. So it is what it is, and I can't be happier with the libby so far. I have a few questions I'm sure you guys can answer, and I have been able to find answers in the stickies, FAQ, google, or OM.

1. How can I tell if my KJ has ABS without mashing the pedal?
2. How can I tell if my KJ has LSD without droping the clutch?
3. How can I tell if my KJ has TPMI without busting the bead on my tire?

I am willing to chase wires or jack up a corner if I have to test something. Thanks in advance for any answers. :-)r

1. How can I tell if my KJ has ABS without mashing the pedal?

--look in the front wheel wells,if you see a wire running to each front unit bearing you have ABS(or see the ABS pump under the hood under the master cylinder). Was a option for '05,became standard in '06+ KJ's.

2. How can I tell if my KJ has LSD without droping the clutch?

--Jack up rear axle so both tires are off the ground,if you can spin one tire(with the other spinning the other direction) your open,if not you have the OE trashloc.

3. How can I tell if my KJ has TPMI without busting the bead on my tire?

--Look at the valve stems,if there aluminum you have TPMS,if rubber you do not have TPMS.Also when you turn the key to "run" with the engine off if you see the TPMS light come on you have TPMS,no light no TPMS.

Thank you so much. Very helpful, and luckily I don't have any of these features to hinder my off roading fun. I will hopefully get it locked soon though. BTW this one can probably get moved to the FAQ or sticked or something because I'm sure it has been asked before. Helpful to us newbies
