I need to replace my worn out struts and shocks (ranchos) so I figure I may as well replace my Daystar spacer lift with a spring lift (want a softer ride for my child). I have read many threads on the Frankenlift and it seems to be superior to the Skyjacker lift, but I did not find why.

Cost for the full Frankenlift II is about the same as the cost of the Skyjacker front strut and spring kit plus the rear shocks and springs from JBA, so that is not an issue.

I would appreciate any feedback on why I should go with one over the other, please. Thanks.

T

Skyjacker spring rate is same as stock so will sag quickly
for comparison
Skyjacker front 310 lb spring rate
Stock 310
Rustys 310 lb
Frankenlift ( which uses OME 927 springs ) rated at 400 lb
which will last much longer and ride way better

but then you can also just get OME 927s for the front 948s for the rear as well

Thanks for the advice. I pulled the trigger on the Frankenlift II. I'll share my experience after installing it.
