Have a 2005 Renegade w/ lightbar on roof. Sunroof..
Rained very heavily this past weekend, come to find out the entire passenger
side floorboard has a big puddle of water sloshing around, even over the
floormat.

So checked the sunroof drain vents, (not clogged) figured that was the cause.
Lightbar leak problems?

Anyone else encounter this? where do i look?

Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated..

My has flooded twice, but from driving in water. Drying it out the first time took days, but it took almost no effort the second time. All you need to do is pull out the passenger seat, pull up the carpet (which you will find has an inch of foam insulation holding tons of water) and shotvac as much out as you can get, then get a fan going at the underside of the carpet and leave it for half a day. Come back and move the fan to wet spots if you need to.

I'm pretty sure someone on here has had an issue with a roof rail leaking.

There's also the passenger side vent
it has a drain - but if you park near trees - the drain gets clogged with leaves
(and it also has problems keeping up with 2+ inches of rain an hour for 8 hours .......of course so did most of the roads)

and it's better to pull the carpet completely out - you have channels that the wiring runs in - and they'll be full of water - Wet/Dry shop vacs are helpful.

Ditto.

Read this thread. That is where it should be coming in from.

Just happened to the wifes car, It was a clogged A/C drain, make sure you see water coming from the drain tube located on the firewall when the ac is running..

Thanks Everyone... Who knew the Liberty had a Cabin Air Filter. !!! lol
Really I do appreciate the posts..

One time it happened before, I took it to a windshield shop, just had the windshield replaced a few months prior.. figured it
was leaking..
The shop guys traced it to the lightbar.. where it mounts through the roof.. ?
Hasn't leaked since then.. until just recently.. but it looks like the water is running down the A pillar..and accumulating inside
on the floor board.

I had that issue for a week. the water was running down the A pillar and on to the floor. it rained hard here a twice and flooded my whole passenger side floor front and rear. I took an air hose with a long thin nozzle and blew out the Passange side sunroof drain from the top. took it in to a car wash where it leaked in some once and no leak no more.
