Where to buy hole tabs for roof rack?

Where can I purchase some decent hole tabs to weld to my RL rack?
I need to be able to have a cb hook to one.

poison spyder carrys some prefab tube attachments

light tabs etc that are weld on - least they did last time i was buyin stuff like that

Off Road Unlimited in Burbank, CA sells them as seat mounting tabs but they are basically the same thing.

the tab is a medium of mounting more so than anything hooking up "to it"

there's a stud coupler you screw the coax on, or if you're using firewire, the bolt for firewire takes place of the coax coupler

that goes to the bottom of the mount, stud or bolt protrudes through the hole, nylon heel washer goes on to prevent the antenna from grounding to the mount, then a threaded coupler screws to the stud securing coax and antenna mount to the mount itself on the rack or whateer youre using

then the antenna has a stud that screws into the threaded coupler

there's several variants but that's the general idea

the ID of the hole in the tab needs to be within certain limits as to not allow the nylon heel spacer to wallow causing the antenna feed to ground

i've been known to put non conductive paint and what not on the inside of the hole on tabs just to make sure that doesn't happen as the nylon heel washers age

you can either mount directly to the tab, or use the tab as a mount point for a piece of flat steel / aluminum

Finally getting to purchase my one tab for the coax...
so where do i purchase the rest of the components to make it work with my CB?
I have regular coax setup, not firewire.

Okay so it's been 12 days and still no response.
I am having real trobule figuring out how to mount the thing. I have your typical coax cable

And I have seen the above reference on how to mount it to my tab on my RL Rack, but I cannot find where to purchase and how to actually install this.
Can i get the insulated shoulder washer at lowes, home depot or ace?

I don't know too much, but I do know the "insulated shoulder washer" is just a plastic washer.
I purchased mine in a kit, so it came with everything I needed.
