Possibly going to lift the KK and put rock rails on. Any advice and info is useful and greatly appreciated. Where did you get your Lift Kit? How does it affect the driving and gas mileage? Whats a recommended one for a good price? Did you put the kit in yourself?

Where can I get good rock rails?

Lift kits don't really affect gas mileage, but your choice of tire size definitely does.

I have the rock rails from JCROffroad. Quality Construction. Holds up great. Highly recommended.

Just thought I'd post this up as I got a response from Marlin this morning about it.... He's listed the KK OME lift as a package on his site (with a discount as opposed to buying parts separately).

Here:

http://jeepinbyal.com/prod-OME_1_50__lift_kit-776.aspx

This will likely be my next step as I'm liking the way jdizzle's looks and it's on the cheap(er) side. Also I've only ever heard good things about OME.

Thanks, I checked them out and I like them a lot so I'm definitely gunna go with them. I'm gunna get Stage 2 or 3. Are the angled ones better or it doesn't make a difference?

What about rocky road outfitters? Is their stuff ok? I've been looking there fir awhile now and I may go with them. JBA also looks good. I've also seen something a little different from rock krawler. Any thoughts? :JEEPIN:

RRO doesn't have a good reputation
stick with people who actually provide customer service and help make things for the KJs/KKs like JeepinByAl
Rock Krawler   some run it but for long term ride, handling etc OMEs the best way to go
