Just got my build sheet from Jeep on my 2005 Libby and it has a entry I can't figure out maybe one of you knows what it means:

I45S Route 45 - UP, Tulsa, OK

thanks that is the only thing I couldn't figure out...my 2007 Libby doesn't have it so I was at a loss and google was no help!!
