Well I turned my rotors a few thousand miles ago while they were in spec, the DTV / Warping is back and shaking the heck out of the wheel!
I called Napa in hopes the had some high quality made in the US rotors but they said they are all Chinese now.
What brakes have you had luck with? I have found a few big names in my search, I am in the brake testing industry but I deal with mostly OEM stuff so I'm not big on the aftermarket stuff.
Maybe, Hawk or EBC?
Oh and I did my motor mounts last night and that drivers side is a fun one! Just figured i would throw that in!

I don't know how to link it, but brakeperformance.com I had a pair of the dimpled and slotted rotors on a svt focus and it made a HUGE difference

You'll probably laugh, but I've had wearever silver rotors on mine for the last 45K miles. No issues yet. Wearever gold ceramic pads too, also fine. I think I paid less than $200 for the front rotors and two sets of pads (front and rear).

NAPA pads tend to "imprint". Try any straight rotor and Porterfield R4S pads. Your rotors are probably not warped. Rather, they have picked up a layer of pad material that is uneven. I kept resurfacing/replacing until I learned about this.

The EBC rotors I put on were manufactured in California. I have had no problems with them.

I just purchased rotors from O'reilly's with a lifetime warrant. I would look in to that if you have one close and do your own work.

The best brakes I have found for the stock sized KJ brakes is PowerSlot cryo frozen rotors and Napa's Adaptive One pads,I ran this setup when my KJ was still IFS and weighing 5500lbs for 60,000 miles without any warping or problems and I had the stock drums in back(with Adaptive One shoes).Any good premium rotor will work also like Napa's Premium or Centric(makes PowerSlot).

Drilled rotors are a joke and actually reduce bracking, and to all the nay sayers it is true since removing material from the rotor equals less heat disapation and less pad contact area.
