I am looking at top plates. either used or new.

I found these at AAP:

Monro: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp ... HASAMS____
which also gives the lower isolator. I have a coupon with another purchase making one of these free.

also have KYB: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp ... ASAMS_____

Moog: http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/webapp ... SAMS_____#

Compared to the $150 id pay for daystar top plates...and i havent found other sources for MOPAR ones.....

are the Monro or KYB good enough?

like I said. I have shocks, Im getting OME springs, and Id like to get the tops to make a quick strut for a quicker install.

Don't forget you'll need 4 front spring isolators which iirc are like $20 each. I would just bring your original assembly and new springs/shocks to a shop.

Why do you have to use front isolaters? Are they necessary with the ome bilstein lift for the front?

Yes yes you need the isolators stock, lifted, whatever. They isolate the spring from the top mount and the lower seat to prevent metal to metal contact.
