Not really any how to's because they do require a press and a few other tools. I know there are a few C Clamp style press that are avalible but have never seen one used.

Well I just got them out. I used a 1-1/2 x4 inch pipe nipple on flange side and on the other side used a 7/16 deep socket. I tightened this up in the vice untill the 7/16 socket went into the bushing about 1/2 inch. Then I switched to a 5/16 deep socket and put it back in the vice and pushed out the sleeve. Next I used a 31/32 socket and the 1-1/2 nipple and pushed the rubber bushing out. The first one took a hour to do. The second one took less than five min.

For the UCA's it's most likely better just to replace the whole UCA since the balljoint is non-serviceable or replaceable. For those that have JBA's UCA's a balljoint press will work just fine for those mount bushings.
