Did you install Teraflex front bumpstops ? That will help the front shocks last a little longer with a spacer lift.
Also have you had a chance to ride in a full spring lifted KJ yet? Just curious

I thought my daystar kit came with front bumpstops. I ordered some teraflex and driving careful until they get here. I had never even rode in a lifted KJ before. I'll tell you though, it's smoother than my Wrangler.

So the Teraflex bumpstops are bigger than a thought. Do I really need them this big? Seems like it would limit suspension travel.

Another question: Can I just use 2" body lift spacers for rear bumpstops? I don't have any hockey pucks, but I have the spacers.

If they will fit withinthe bottom protion of the springs then yes. I just hope that you can get them through the spaces within the sping coils.

How thick are they? Can you say cut them in half easily and then get them in there ??
If they are two inches then you maybe able to spread the spring enough

oh...mine are GR2's.....Im having them assembled right now.

Which lift did you just install?

I did the daystar. My plan is to get as much out of the stock springs as possible. I really just wanted to try this lift out too. I hear so much back and forth about it. Another reason I did this lift is I wanted some practice taking everything apart and learning the car. If I like it, I'll recommend it to people that post on here asking about budget lifts. Eventually I'm going to replace with with a diy franky.

I went with the 2 1/2 daystar as well and think its actually pretty good with different shocks and removed rear sway bar. Now I'm trying to find which front quick discos to use....someone wanna chime in?
