I recently have been experiencing a lot of steering wheel vibration, especially at higher speeds. My first thought is a wheel bearing. Any ideas? I currently have 120,000 miles in my 06 KJ.

If it's while braking, consider runout on the rotor as a cause - and get it turned or replaced.

If it's while running, is it while accelerating, decelerating, maintaining, or ? Consider CV joints, bent wheel, perhaps a U-joint, wheel out of balance.

It's while cruising, I have replaced both front and back rotors. It is a constant vibration and increases with speed.

I've seen tires go bad internally - sometimes you can even see the bubble on the tread or sidewall.

Of course, there's always "out of balance" and sometimes out of round. Any good tire shop could help you find all of the above.

Typically, a place like Les Schwab could also check the CV joints.

Also check the ball joints and control arm bushings.
