Recently my blower has been stuck on defrost/floor no matter what position you have it on I have no idea where to begin to look.

Most likely a problem with a vacuum line to the actuator. This was discussed recently. Search the forum or check the service manual.

See the FSM section dealing with the mode door actuators (begins pg 24-14 in 06 FSM and 24-31 in the 05 FSM). Looks to me like you can access these fairly easily. Problem could be leaky of disconnected vacuum hose or stuck/bad actuator.

FSMs are avaiable via Sam's NOOB guide. Get both 05 and 06 - 05 lacks diagnostic and diesel cooling system info but has illustration keys while 06 is the reverse.
