I don't know that I've ever seen an option list even when I bought my original one new. I presume back then you could order a custom build but I think in most cases folks took what was on the lot. Some thoughts though: 1) 05 and 06 are functionally identical except 06 came with stability control so no 06s came with TracLok (e.g. limited slip) as the 2 systems are incompatable. Some 05s had TracLok as an option. I understand you can tell by jacking up the rear end so both tires are off the ground spin one tire if the other side spins the same direction you have Traclock, if they go in opposite direction you don't. 2) very early 05s had a 1s gen torque converter with a plastic part which failed early. It's virtually certain all of those TCs were replaced under warranty but the 2n gen TC (not to be confused with the Euro TC that came out after the end of the 06 model run) that was stock on later 05s and all 06s. Most all 05s and early 06s got the F-37 engine detune at the dealer which reduces HP and torque to baby the 2 gen TC that Jeep was too cheap to properly beef up. All later 06s got the F-37 at the factory. A few luck of savy folks got the F-37 done (it included a TC check and replacement if needed) but were able to have the tech "forget" to flash the ECU. How to tell; if the final gear shift occurs at about 58mph your ECU does not have the F-37 flash but if that shift occurs at about 62mhp it does. 3) there are 2 basic models Sport and Limited. Generally speaking the Sport came with unpainted fender flares, a relatively simple radio, and cloth seats. Generally speaking the Limited came with painted fender flares, a radio upgrade (some with 6CD satellite indash or GPS in dash or cd changer in right side of rear luggage area), and leather seats. 4) given the limited production run in the US what was shipped, especially later on in the run, tended to be "well" equiped so you will see both models with leather seats (some heated presumably all with power adjustment), sun roof, factory hitch with wiring, full skids including fuel tank, trip computer above rear view mirror, etc. 5) you might try a Google search on "2005 jeep liberty crd options" and see what you find. As far as I know except for stability control which took TracLok off the option list the 05 and 06 options were the same 6) some have the aftermarket GDE tune. Keith at GDE can tell you if a vehicle has it based on the VIN but a good hint is when you first crank up, foot off the throttle, an RPM flair to ca. 1,000rpm before dropping to ca. 750 idle is a GDE exclusive.
