Well folks, I've been bragging up Detours and Mark's fabrication genius and now I have proof. I'll load pics soon. Today I nailed a Ford Escape in a parking lot. They came out of nowhere cutting across parking spaces. I guess the timing just sucked because almost as soon as I started moving forward they were there. I pushed my brand new winch about six inches into their passenger door and I only have some scratches and a little damaged plastic. Gotta love those crumple zones. :5SHOTS:

I guess I should add the most important thing, nobody was hurt.

Glad no one was hurt. Do you have to replace that bumper you just cut up?

The winch, crossmember, fender, everything looks like nothing happened. I probably should get it looked at but I don't want those grease monkeys touching my winch. Some of the plastic got bent up a little but not bad.
It was close to the deductible, it definately paid for itself.
