Got a leak at driver's side A pillar on my 2008 KK. Started a year and a half ago and it stained the ceiling liner a little bit but didn't seem to be a big problem. We just had a rain storm a couple days ago and I parked my car outside while I went in to a place to eat dinner. When I came back out I noticed the edge of my seat was wet. Looked up and the ceiling liner was flooded and dripping water. This time though, the flood area of the liner was 3x bigger than before.

For only god knows why it was fine for 18 months, then got bigger.

Don't want to take it to the dealer because they'll get the interior dirty by fixing it. From what I hear the problem is just a bent drain tube and takes a few minutes to fix. If I can peel back the ceiling liner, I can likely fix the problem myself.

Is there a DIY guide anywhere on how to remove the ceiling liner/peel it back near the driver-side A pillar?

I have a leak in the same place on my 2010, the dealership told me it was caused by my after market roof rack. I looked under the foot of the rack and found a crack in the roof. I'm also wondering how to take down the liner so it would be cheaper to get someone to weld the crack.

Here is the R&I from the FSM.

Just download the file and open it with MS word. I save the file as a MS 97 to 2003......

If your still running Windows 95 then  :5SHOTS:
