I started removing my front skid so I could change the diff fluid, and because the bolts were quite rusty I soaked them in PB Blaster first. The rear 2 and front driver-side bolts backed out fine with a little elbow grease, but then I did the same for the front passenger-side bolt and it snapped! What's left of the bolt is broken off flush with the surface.

I don't want to screw it up any more that it already is, so I thought I'd ask for some help before attempting to remove it. Any recommendations?

Not an expert , you could drill the broken bolt out and re tap or chase the threads. Or you could try an easy out, but if you break the easy out off in the bolt will be a problem, Hope this helps, maybe some one else will have a better suggestion.

I would think that drilling and retapping is your best bet. Easy outs suck unless the material is to this to retap. My :2cents: anyways.
