I have tru locks front and rear when I put my kj in 4x4 it made a terrible and sound and didn't do anything what is the problem? The front wheels did not move I was in about a foot in clay mud

Most likely something let go in the t-case if the front wheels are not turning in 4wd.

The jeep also has skids from the winch to the back so is there anyway I could be contacting something? I have all the tools/lifts needed to make a repair if needed I just don't know much about the kj's

Eh, some mud would be no match for a driveshaft. Bet something is awry with the t case, as I think the DTT would strengthen the front diff. Unless the DTT's are fresh and it wasn't installed right. Has it worked before? Another possibility is something with the linkage is bad. Which transfer case do you have?

I'm not sure and I just got the jeep 2 weeks ago. How can I find out which one I have

If you have 4 Full time, it's Selec Trac (NP242), if not, Command Trac (NP232)
