hey yal. i took them off today. i woke up and just decided i was going to do it. it was fairly easy however the previous owner had taken them off before and damaged one of the electric clips that took longer than it should but i removed front doors and love it!

I did a mirror mod for when I go doorless. Sold my renegade wheels that had 245/75/16 BFG KM2s last year. Would have been perfect on your Liberty. Wishing I had kept them. Half doors would be nice.

The only thing I would add to removing the doors is that when you remove the nuts, start with the bottom and work your way up.

When you install the doors, run the top nut down almost tight then install the rest of the nuts.

If you let the door hang with the just bottom hinge bolted down, the weight of the door will bend the metal at the mounting studs. This will throw off the alignment of the door.

That's what I do. I never really explained how to put them back on. Thought that part would be self explanatory.

I bet one of those lockable under seat boxes they sell for Wranglers would work somewhere in the KJ.
