I bought a 2002 jeep liberty at a car action. this jeep is in great condition. so excited about it :D .
only thing is i dont know much about it or what kind of after market parts it has.
on the vehicle it doesnt actually say liberty is say LIBORATOR SPECIAL EDITION.
i tried reading up on it and couldnt get anything.
all i know is it has a lift/ i think a ARB bumber/ PIAA lights/ HID headlights/ and full light upgrade/.
plus custom rear bumper with lights.
only thing i noticed bad was no spare tire or even mounting hardware on the rear door.

so im hoping some one couls shed some light on my new JEEP,
other then that this things awesome.

who ever built it probably changed the name on the side and as for the spair you will just have to buy eather a stock or after market tire wrack i would look on ebay. as for the value i would need to know a few more things sport or limited factory options and upgrads and of cours condition of everything pics would help too.

Howdy stealthynips - Welcome to LOST

the 'Liberator' was a Jeep concept based on a Liberty that toured the show/magazine circuit for a few years
and afterwards - it was probably crushed (concept's don't get proper ID numbers)

Anyone have a hint which wheels that has? I think I kinda like them...

Nice Jeep stealthynips! Whoever had it before you appears to have done things the right way. Really curious which lift is on there. Snap some pics of the front suspension (springs, etc.) and give us the measurement from center of the hub to the fender flare. Also what size tires you have.

Welcome - and great acquisition!

Bob

Not rollers
those are vibration dampners

You have a Daystar lift and badly sagged springs
you're an inch above new stock height
Look at upgrading the complete suspension ( springs and shocks in the near future )

I like the idea of clamping a piece of rubber (hose I assume) around the front springs to cushion the blow of the spring to UCA contact. Should at least not clank so loud at full droop.
