Think that's one of the actual mopar kits?

That is acttually and AVE kit that mopar is adopting it is probably a 50k+ jeep I know the last 4 door conversion I saw a dealership do ended up being almost 70. But get ready to see more of them a lot of dealerships are adopting the kits.

My neighbor has one. Looks pretty good in person as well. Anyone watch the AVE offroad adventure test on Hulu? Their Brute like this was impressive

Pretty sure that's what it is. Local dealer had one (looked just like the one in the OP's pic) and the sticker added $25K to the sticker price IIRC and it was in the mid $50K range. It looked real nice in person. It's not there anymore so they must have sold it.

Local one sitting on the lot, no one wants to buy it
paint wasn't that good, lots of things that just didn't look right to make it a 45,000 buck vehicle
And no that is not the AEV brute, lots of differences in them The AEV Brute I actually like. The Mopar kit no so much
Heres the local one

Those mods are very expensive. If I can find my pics, I'll post. Sticker price at dealer for one of those was ridiculous.

X2. I've seen both in person and the Brute is just so much better there's no comparison. Especially when AEV does the whole suspension, too!
