I'd just go with ome and jba arms if it were me. 790/731 springs with the extra weight your adding soon.
Should put you at about 21" all around. You can go a little higher with a top plate shim and and extra rear isolators.

You'll need at least 927 front springs. The 790 front springs will be much more firm, if you're running a bumper+winch thats what i'd pick. Bumper only i'd stick with 927s.
731s in the rear.
Make sure you get 132L rear shocks.
Teraflex front bumpstops.
Hockey pucks for rear bumpstops, 2 per side bolted to the lower spring perch.

yes to above
265-75s would be too big plus you'd need to regear

What about a track bar? and I shouldn't need the new brake lines right?

Shouldn't need to go w adjustable track bar, i'm not even sure jba sells it by itself.
As long as you add proper bumpstops longer brake lines shouldn't be necessary.

HMMMM the 4" lift by JBA is a great lift and give the clearance needed so go for it. Check mine out and the link to the lift below in my sign lines:

Not too be Capt obvious but looking at your pics it seems like you have replaced quite a few CVs in the short life of your KK. Would you say it from crazy wheeling or the lift itself or both. Even though 4" looks awesome it almost seems impractical with the frequent CV problems. Not trying to hate just being realistic.

i havent wheeled my KK in over a year and still have issues time to time. so i can tell you its from the lift. wheeling it didnt slow the wear though.

i will be removing my JBA lift for an OME lift when i return to the states this spring. there are a few things in the JBA lift I do not like. to be honest i dont see more lift having much of any benefits. with taller springs and tires you will need additional bumpstops. the drop in the front is already limited because of the CVs. the drop in the rear will cause the driveshaft to hit the gas tank skid. so youre actually limiting your travel. i feel like i will be better off with 2.5" of lift and 31" tires. more flex/more capable, better mpg/hp and hopefully less stuff breaking. hopefully it helps bring the alignment a bit more into spec also.

:2cents:

Search and ye shall find
I had the first one to come into the US
Its a good lift, ride is good , feels good on and off road
But you don't get as much lift from it as you can from OMEs if that is important to you
I'm still running the rear springs but will be installing the whole kit on another KJ soon for long range testing

The lift really isn't that important to me, but could I still fit 245/75R17's with the ironman lift?
