When I post everything up? You mean fill in the user profile? I usually don't do that on forums. I have a 2006 Limited CRD, stock except for some suggested mods on the diesel forum. I'm not looking to build a radical rig; I just want to improve trail reliability and performance.

I hope that Rock Lizard gets back orders filled, and gets on a reliable delivery schedule. I also hope that people continue to report their experiences, especially those that have been waiting much longer than promised. RL's stuff looks great and those of you that have it, mostly rave about it. I'd like to be in that group, but I'm not interested in playing the waiting game that others have reported.

Now, I never once said that email was unacceptable way to contact him. I only stated that a phone call may work as well. Many times with anyones personal email account or any business account emails come in by the hundreds and some may get lost. So if you have emailed and are not satisfied try calling possibly.
I think alot read more into most situations than needs be.
I also know of people waiting to hear about products from other companies right now and they are much larger.
But now jump on

I have had to wait for RL stuff...

Originally I paid for a front bumper but didn't get it right away. I pm'd him off of here with no reply. A few weeks later i ended up buying an arb bumper because I didn't want to wait. A few months later I saw coopatroopa post about his bumper so I e-maild Marty. Turns out I had my pm's turned off on here and he had been trying to get a hold of me and I didn't know it. I felt bad that I had to cancel my front bumper order because I now had the arb. Marty was more than understanding and offered to have my initial payment be applied to a rear bumper. He even painted AND installed the rear komodo for me for free... so it wad my fault on the bad communication but he still hooked me up.

Now I am just waiting for his safari rack or sfa for diesel :)

Or check out a certain company in UT that goes by the initials RRO. I emailed, called, etc... they owe me $200 or an a-arm. That was 5 years ago!

Rock Lizard: I wish I still had my KJ so I could buy the Godzilla kit!

Hey kid Long Island is not in Jersey. How can the truth be negative? Its obvious that he payed for something that he hasn't received. Btw I haven't received mine yet...is that negative?

Seem's as though you're the negative one thinking Rock lizard actually is a reputable company. you can't think of ANYTHING besides trying to bash on where i(you think?) live? I live on the east end of long island, where none of the jersey d bags live. Let me go ahead and generalize you under incompetent red neck who bangs his sister and cousins while bombing down mud holes in his jeep.

Also, at this point i'm just seeing how long rock lizard let's me destroy his reputation before he even attempts to contact me to make things right.

edit: and i will. At least everyone on those forum's isn't a giant asshat.

This is getting derailed.
Posting that you got something unexpected is not a positive when people have paid and not received their items.

For those of us that like to change / mod our Jeeps we need companies that can supply us with goods. This forum than allow's us to share what we have done. Get ideas and help each other with our problems with our Jeeps.
If we pay for something and have issues getting ,installing , fit quality, or service we should share that for all Vendors(companies)
We need companies to build items for our Jeeps. Allowing truthful posts about our experiences Both positive and negative, should help with quality of product and service. Companies will hopefully try to correct short comings, and improve. Forum members should have Non-Biased info when contemplating a purchase.

I do not understand ! Moderators/ well known individuals/ close friend's, that don't have any problem's getting in touch with Marty, having parts shiped within week's to there door, arn't "STEPING UP" to assist there fellow L.O.S.T members in a constructive manner. With the end result of receving high quality "Rock Lizard" parts. Instead people are critisized for complaining about poor service and the lack of communiction from the seller. Quality service shouldn't be for only a select few!

Then you got the otherside when bad comunication from the buyer,no funds, wanting products modified, and constant complaining about pricing.

I can state for a fact about some poeple on this very board that are in the above and generally never satisfied no matter what.
