3.7L running rough and making odd noises from engine

my 3,7L in my 2002 KJ seems like its running rough. its gutless going uphill. the way the motors seems is its not firing on all cylenders.
but the main problem is the noise its making. its almost like a taping sound like a valve is sticking possibly.
also as i put on the throatle there is a popping sound almost like a small backfire and the the more i accelerate the more popping it does.
my belts good. oil is perfect level and pressure is goo.

i think maybe bad fuel or need a fuel filter change or check to see the plugs are firing, maybe bad coil/s.

yes have check engine light on, getting codes soon.

Video sounds very rough. Depending on the mileage on the engine you may be looking at a valve job. Trouble codes will help isolate it though, hopefully its just a misfire, but i would avoid driving it if you can.

i got engine codes PO205, which is injector cirvut malfunction on cylinder 5
po301 which is missfire on cylinder 1
and po306 which is misfire on cylinder 6

so maybe timing of valve or fuel injector
but if u think its timing woulding i be getting misfire on all the cylinders on one side of the motor instead of one on the left and one on the right

firing order is 165432

found out what the problem was. i rocker had fell off. not sure how it happened or why but it did and i got fix it.
i think i need to run some engine cleaner through the oil and through the fuel then do a oil change.
there's possible gunk built up in the valve that made is stick and rocker fall off. hmmm
