So im getting ready to order my lift for my 2006 Jeep Liberty 3.7L. I was wanting to go OME/Bilstein, I have been talking with Marlin from jeepin by al and he advised me that for front shock not to use bilstein due to the Rod Diameter being smaller than stock, yet I have seen several members on here using the setup that I want. So I guess I am confused as to what I should get for the front. I also was wondering if I will be ok to run the HD springs for awhile while I save money for extra armor upgrads, It will probable be about 6-8 months before I can get bumpers, roof rack, ect... or should I just stick with Medium springs. Any advise is much appreciated and welcomed

The 927s will be fine in the front
I ran with them and an ARB up front for 100,000 miles
Have installed them for folks with no bumper at all and with, all are happy with the ride and handling.

Thanks for the info, got any advise as for as the Front shock question goes? Will the rod diameter really matter and make a difference?

From my experience
Having installed and ridden in KJs with both,
OME rod diameter is bigger
BUT As far as ride, both ride equal almost,
OME does have a built in bumpstop
Kind of up to you in the end
