No you didnt say that but some think that'll solve the problem so I threw it in. I'd go somewhere that can load test it.

The dealership said mine was fine w/ the same kind of symptoms. Drove it about 2 months like that and got up one morning and it was dead. And of course I jump started it thinking I might have left something on. I jumped it and ran it each day for a couole days till I noticed the battery was gettin really hot.

Don't get anything less than a Diehard Platinum (only one made by Odyssey), I have a Gold and it's the 3rd or 4th one in less 2 years.

I'll probably get jumped on for saying this but I bought one from wally world and havnt had a problem from it. The reason I did is I travel alot and I keep the receipt with me and most wally worlds are open 24 hrs.

I installed some led tail light bulbs tonight...i know pics or it didnt happen. its hard to take pictures when I installed reverse lights too and my hand brake doesnt work. I will have a buddy that will take a pic tomorrow

since my last post i installed a new alternator and that fixed my problem with the lights dimming with the window switches.

I ordered a rock lizard gecko basket but after 50 days from order, i have yet to receive it. but i am deciding on lights for it already

I took off my steps that make it look shorter

i put in some LED tail light bulbs:

I am also thinking of wrapping my steering wheel in paracord to protect it and have a cheap project.

we will see what else the future holds for my kj. Thinking about trying a dual battery or dual alternator set-up...or both

well i put on the rock lizard gecko basket and got duratrac 245/75/16s! one of the best days for my jeep

other than the day i bought her

NOW I NEED MORE LIGHTS!!!

What kind of lights are you going with leds or some classic looking kcs?

you know my origional plan was to go with hella 700ffs with the 55w hid conversion, then i thought about some nice KCs with black housings, but now i think i am just going to suck it up and save for a nice led light bar and a pair of leds for the rear

The leds are starting to grow on me the more I see them, especially the bars because of their lowprofile look

its ok leann you can build your's up like mine for cheap. mine is a major budget build. my rock lizard rack in the most expensive thing i have done to it!
