It is gonna be an expensive day tommrrow at the parts store...defiantly gotta walk outta there with a new tensioner and new belt for the KJ...really need to get oil change stuff for it and of course I'm picky so it will be pricey. Don't know if I'm gonna get the oil change stuff together with the rest of stuff though so the wife doesn't get on the bank website and see this huge amount and freak out. I do gotta get a turn signal bulb for the TJ, I'm tired of it flashing fast at me!

Why not just explain what your doing and how much your saving by doing it yourself?

She knows, she is just one of those ladies that doesn't like to spend money. She understands that vehicles need maintenance. Plus we have been paying baby doctor bills so we really don't have a lot of extra money at the moment. Shes not too mad though.

I was just messing with ya man, At least your KJ has a lift on it..The suspension on my 04 has sagged worse than a 80's year olds...well you get the idea.

Defiantly try craigslist, my TJ when I bought it had all that tube stuff on it. Tube side steps, tube bumpers..I sold all that stuff and bought actual useful mods for it.

Yeah someone on Craigslist will want them for their mall crawler. I just want them off my jeep and some money to support my jeep parts charity

Hey look my KJ is lifted! Never mind the front is just sitting on Jackstands...Did a oil change, rehung the skid plates, and cleaned it out. It needs to bring a crib home from Nappanee.
