on a 100% side note...I decided today that i dont give 2 poops if my Jeep can crawl rocks or parking stops. I have decided to turn my rig into what my wife and I wanted in the first place, a camping rig. Although there will still be a 4" lift in my future and probably an ARB just because i love them, there will not be crazy expensive SAS and tires that cost more than half my mods combined. bigger tires yes...4.10s...yes super skinks...yet to be decided. cb...hell yeah. upgraded skids...doubtful unless i actually hurt one.
mainly i will be focusing on the things that will make it a better rig to take camping out in the middle of no where. My gecko basket should be done by the end of the month and i have located a hitch so i can tow our boat or quads. I obviously need a front drive shaft. all-terrain tires. a big boy lift. cb. eventually an ARB (or something of the sort). I need to wire in our 2000w power inverter and find a way to secure a maul, ax, chainsaw, tent, gear, and whatever else to my basket.
