Comments: 1. if on cold start the RPMs "flair" to 1000 and then drop back you have a GDE tune, very good, which you should confirm by emailing you VIN to Keith at GDE. If not put that tune on your to do list. 2. regardless the EVIC mpg tends, to put it mildly, to be wildly optimistic. Check you speedometer and odometer (their readings are independent) with a GPS run of at least 25 miles on a relatively flat and straight stretch of road. Then hand calculate with appropriate adjustment. Actual mpg for a stock CRD with stock tires depends on a lot of things but I used to get ca. 18 in town (10 miles one way drive to work, relatively flat roads, lots of lights, no speed higher than 45mph, average speed ca. 20mph) and ca. 27-28 hwy (62mph/1500rpm, with or without AC, windows up). With GDE tune more like 22/32 all things being more or less equal. 3. EVIC should show individual tire pressure for the 4 on the ground - my 05 one does. See Owner's Manual which should be on top shelf in glove box but if not can be downloaded. A wheel with a bad sensor won't, I presume, show pressure. If all show pressure it's likely your spare tire. Dorman 974-001 is a reasonably priced aftermarket sensor. 4. I wouldn't push that timing belt too much longer. It's rubber and now 7+ years old and they do get "hard" with age. Not saying do it right now but unless you drive enough to hit ca. 100k pretty soon I'd recommend doing it sooner rather than later.
Welcome to the group.
