ok so as most of you know i just joined not to long ago when i bought my KJ well when i bout it with 76k on it it had a missfire so i changed the plugs and coils. I then finally was able to buy my diagnostic tool. its not the code reader but the see everything diagnostic tool. I have run it a few times on it and keep seeing the misfire but figured maybe it needed cleaning but now im out of options and figured ild post here to see what everyone thought. The reason i call it wierd will be explained.

Ok when it is first cranked it is fine for about 4 or 5 mins then is when the misfires start. looking at my live data it is misfiring around 200 per min. here is the weird part. it misfires on cyl 3 and 5 for those 200 then when that cycle is finished it misfires on 4 and 6 for 200 then 3 and 5 again. never 1 or 2 and only does it on idle. well while driving it will misfire randomly but mostly going up hills. not huge hills just mild hills that i run into on my way to my grandmas house which is only 40 mins from my house. i know most dont know where im talking about but just adding that detail so everyone will understand im not talking mountains or anything. i do not have water in my oil or oil in my water or loss of water or oil so i know there is no leak. if i start from stop and not get off the gas i have tons of power all the way to 100mph(haven't taking it past that) but if i am cruising at 55 or 60 and try to pass someone i can't, i have no passing power (not sure if that is related). i get no lights on my cluster. my cluster is fine, it checks out on my diagnostic run. all of my live data shows that my injectors are right except #6 and its not that off, only about 4 or 5 points which really i guess it needs to be changed but wouldn't think it would cause all the other weird misfires. so here comes the big question, what is every ones guess? its not really bothering me that bad but its kinda annoying when it misses on hills, kinda makes it feel like a trans slip but it know its a miss. thanks

I wonder if it might be either the Crank/Cam position sensors going bad or bad connections.

ok now it is worse! misfire while driving now. changed spark plugs after only about 3k miles and no change. when it hits about 50 it will not pick up speed unless i down shift then after 55 i can up shift and its fine. ran diagnostics while driving and trans and converter is fine. everything is showing fine on live data except misfires. need help quick. my project build is coming up in a few months but need this to last til the new engine is built.
