All new style bumpers will have the fog light holes in the center section also, will also have cut outs for use with a Hi-Lift jack.

Any idea's on the cost area this may run? I'm going to assume this will be pretty close in price to teh ARB bumper?

I really like that bumper, if I didn't already have the TJM, I'd go for it - but without the stinger/guard on it - that might be illegal over here. 12 lbs is also a very light weight for something like that as well - I think my TJM (alloy with steel mounting and recovery points) weigh more than that.
